Elliott Stone & Richard Henry, the driving forces behind TMH, have taken unique paths in their automotive journeys. Richard began his career at a small independent garage, honing his skills in servicing and MOT repairs, before delving into the realm of classic car restoration and building WW2 Ford GPW US Army Jeeps from scratch. His passion for Ford vehicles led him to become a true aficionado, dedicating countless hours to building cars in his spare time.

Following the retirement of the garage owner, Richard sought new horizons and joined a prominent Toyota dealership. There, he earned his IMI certification and specialized in working on the cutting-edge electric vehicle selection from Toyota. It was during this time that Richard's path serendipitously crossed with Elliott's at an independent Jaguar Land Rover Specialist. While Richard's passion lay in the realm of vintage and weathered automobiles, Elliott thrived in the allure of new and shiny vehicles, embracing the future of the automotive industry.

Elliott's journey started straight out of school as he embarked on an apprenticeship with Jaguar. It was during this formative experience that his fervour for the latest sports cars took hold, igniting his passion for automotive excellence. After his apprenticeship, he embarked on a unique opportunity, traversing the country to recover vehicles and assist stranded owners. While this allowed him to lend a helping hand to many, Elliott soon realized that his true place was back in the workshop, honing his craft.

Fuelling his passion further, Elliott secured a coveted position at a top UK supercar dealership, where he meticulously prepared the world's finest sports and supercars. This experience refined his skills and deepened his commitment to delivering automotive perfection. However, he felt a calling to return to his roots and further enhance his expertise. The opportunity presented itself when he joined a Jaguar Land Rover dealership, where he received top-tier training and specialized in one of the most prestigious luxury brands worldwide.

Together, Richard and Elliott embody a wealth of experience, skill, and an unwavering dedication to their craft. They established TMH with a shared vision of creating a garage that excels in customer care, drawing from their years of working on a diverse range of cars that have shaped their automotive journeys.
